Delete your account

You can delete your account here without installing the app. Enter the email address the account is registered to and we will send a one-time link. Nothing is deleted until you press the button on the page that link opens.

If you have the app at hand, this is faster: Profile → Delete account. The link from the email lives 30 minutes and works once.

What will be deleted

• the account: email, password, Apple link, all sessions;
• training, sets, assignments, food, check-ins, weight and statistics;
• photos and files, including the files on disk;
• device tokens: notifications stop arriving;
• for a coach — exercises, days, programs and invitations; subscription auto-renewal is switched off and nothing is charged again.

What will remain

• messages you sent into a chat: they are the other side's copy;
• an empty profile row with no name or picture, so the other side's chat does not fall apart;
• payment records, kept five years under tax law with everything unnecessary wiped.
